Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with article L221-5 of the consumer code, the withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the package by the customer.

At MON JOLI DRESSING your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

ARTICLE 1. Return conditions

• You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and in their original packaging.
• Items on sale or subject to special promotions are not refundable.

Important :

We do not refund jewelry for hygiene reasons.


ARTICLE 2. Return procedure

Fill out the return form included in your order packaging and place it in your RETURN package. You can also send us an email to the contact address; ____ to notify us of your return.

Any package received without a return slip inside cannot be processed.

ARTICLE 3. Reimbursement

• Once the returned items are received and checked, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been accepted or rejected.
• If your request is accepted, the refund will be made to the original payment method, within 10 working days after receipt of the return.
• Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the goods are received, we will check them and refund them within 48 hours.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. If you don’t see a refund, we recommend contacting your credit card company and then your bank. It may take some time for a refund to appear.

ARTICLE 4. Exchange

• We do not do exchanges, however upon receipt of your return we can credit you so that you can place another order.

We are not responsible for lost or untracked packages.
